Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client and Product Success Specialist Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all product-related matters
  • Provide guidance to customers on product usage, best practices, and configuration
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare SAAS industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
