Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Provide training and support to clients on company products and services
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities while mitigating renewal risks


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in client services with a focus on client management in a subscription/SaaS business
  • Minimum three (3) years of customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and models
  • Remote work capability (EST/CST preferred)
