Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide training and support to clients on company products and services
- Identify and close new sales opportunities while mitigating renewal risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in client services with a focus on client management in a subscription/SaaS business
- Minimum three (3) years of customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and models
- Remote work capability (EST/CST preferred)
