Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to drive client relationships and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives for key Hospitality clients, focusing on transformative customer experiences
- Manage approximately 400 clients and oversee around 1000 renewals annually to ensure high retention rates
- Act as a liaison to maintain client satisfaction and identify opportunities for product expansion
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in client-facing roles
- Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems
- Industry experience in Hospitality or related fields is highly advantageous
