Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to drive client relationships and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic initiatives for key Hospitality clients, focusing on transformative customer experiences
  • Manage approximately 400 clients and oversee around 1000 renewals annually to ensure high retention rates
  • Act as a liaison to maintain client satisfaction and identify opportunities for product expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in client-facing roles
  • Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems
  • Industry experience in Hospitality or related fields is highly advantageous
