Key Responsibilities

• Manage client contract renewals and documentation in Salesforce
• Lead clients through onboarding and support them with data management and issue resolution
• Generate client engagement reports and assist in account planning discussions

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in life sciences
• 2-4 years of experience in customer support or client management
• Previous experience reviewing legal documents/contracts
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
