Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to support clients in their Debt Management Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support via phone to clients on the Debt Management Program
  • Manage client accounts, including proposals, payments, and creditor communications
  • Proactively review client accounts to identify and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
  • Professionalism in supporting clients through sensitive financial situations
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
