Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to support clients in their Debt Management Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone to clients on the Debt Management Program
- Manage client accounts, including proposals, payments, and creditor communications
- Proactively review client accounts to identify and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
- Professionalism in supporting clients through sensitive financial situations
- Tech-savvy with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
