Key Responsibilities

• Document and track client interactions to maintain clear communication records and ensure timely follow-up

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client success, care navigation, inside sales, or mental health services
• Ability to communicate warmly and clearly across various platforms
• Experience guiding clients through uncertainty and helping them navigate options
• Ability to balance outreach goals with personalized, empathetic interactions
• Passion for improving access to affordable, quality mental healthcare
