Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to support clients in achieving their financial goals through a Debt Management Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier support via phone to clients on the Debt Management Program
  • Manage proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications while ensuring compliance with state regulations
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout their financial journey and collaborate across departments for a seamless client experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM tools
  • Comfort with numbers and basic financial calculations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
