Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with data collection, platform setup, and configuration for new client implementations

  • Maintain accurate client records and support internal documentation efforts to streamline processes


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in client service, account management, or benefits administration related to spending accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools preferred
