Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist, Spending Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data collection, platform setup, and configuration for new client implementations
- Handle routine client inquiries, resolve basic system issues, and ensure timely updates to client accounts
- Maintain accurate client records and support internal documentation efforts to streamline processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client service, account management, or benefits administration related to spending accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience with CRM and project management tools preferred
