Job Summary

To support customer success in a dynamic LegalTech environment, the full-time Client Success Specialist will manage client communications, provide technical setup assistance, and draft legal documents while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and address customer inquiries regarding services and account management
  • Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platforms
  • Draft legal documents and reports based on customer requirements and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents
  • Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
  • Experience working with diverse companies across various industries
  • Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
