Job Summary

Supporting the Client Success team in a full-time remote capacity, the Client Success Specialist will manage escalations, handle operational exceptions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions for employer clients and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central intake point for escalations from Client Success Managers and investigate issues related to member experience and operational workflows
  • Manage operational exceptions across client accounts, documenting and ensuring consistent handling of issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to route issues efficiently and maintain a centralized tracker of escalations and exceptions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, customer success, support, or healthcare operations
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing company preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack and Zendesk
