Job Summary
Supporting clients enrolled in a Debt Management Program, the full-time Client Success Specialist will provide exceptional service through phone support, manage client accounts, and collaborate across departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support via phone to clients on the Debt Management Program
- Manage proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications while ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Proactively review client accounts to identify and resolve issues and encourage clients throughout their financial journey
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
- Strong professionalism when supporting clients through sensitive financial situations
- Tech-savvy with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM tools
- Comfort with numbers and basic financial calculations
