Client Success Specialist

Job Summary

To support client engagement in medical research, the fully remote Client Success Specialist will guide onboarding, ensure enrollment success, and foster strong client relationships while managing multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure they understand how to utilize the company's systems effectively
• Proactively monitor client projects to meet enrollment targets and address any obstacles that arise
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals through exceptional service

Required qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to build relationships and trust with clients
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
• Flexibility to align work hours with US time zones
