Job Summary

To support customer success in a dynamic LegalTech environment, the full-time Client Success Specialist will manage client communications, provide technical support for account setup, and assist in legal drafting and review, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding services and account management
• Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and ensure proper administration
• Draft legal documents and reports based on customer requirements, ensuring quality and accuracy
