Job Summary
Driving proactive outreach and feature adoption, the remote Client Success Specialist will engage with restaurant clients, demonstrate platform value, and address basic account-related inquiries on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to assigned client segments, including cold outreach to low-engagement clients
- Explain the benefits of core and add-on features in relatable terms and track adoption milestones
- Document interactions in CRM tools and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, hospitality tech, or a call-heavy environment
- Comfortable on the phone with a passion for helping clients take action
- Ability to communicate value clearly and persuasively
- Service mindset with curiosity about client goals and challenges
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and experience with tools like Salesforce or Gainsight is a plus
