Client Success Specialist

Job Summary

To support client recruitment for clinical trials, the remote Client Success Specialist will guide onboarding, monitor enrollment success, and build strong client relationships while ensuring quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support
• Proactively monitor client projects to meet enrollment targets and address roadblocks
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Required qualifications:

• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards
• Proven ability to build relationships and trust with clients
• Flexibility to support clients across US time zones
