Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of credit union partners, the full-time Client Success Specialist will serve as the primary product expert for Silvur's Insurance platform, focusing on product adoption, partner enablement, and relationship management while working in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the ongoing relationship for 16+ credit union partners, addressing product questions and support escalations
- Design and deliver scalable training programs and enablement materials for credit union staff and stakeholders
- Lead new partner onboarding from kickoff through full program deployment, ensuring a structured education-first approach
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, or product specialist roles managing large portfolios
- Startup experience with a comfort in ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch
- Background in insurance, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
- Experience in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making
- Familiarity with modern tech tools including Claude, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Asana
