Job Summary
Acting as a vital link between clients and the company, the full-time remote Client Success Specialist will manage customer inquiries, provide technical setup support, and assist with legal drafting and review to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer requests regarding services and account management
- Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platforms and ensure proper administration
- Guide leads through initial inquiries about services via email and website chat
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
- Experience working with diverse companies across various industries
- Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
