Job Summary
To support client relationships and drive revenue growth, the full-time remote Client Success Specialist II will manage client accounts, execute upsell strategies, and provide effective support to merchant partners.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver proactive client management strategies to foster growth and retention
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value
- Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in financial technology
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite
- Knowledge of marketing technologies and e-commerce preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
