Job Summary

To support client relationships and drive revenue growth, the full-time remote Client Success Specialist II will manage client accounts, execute upsell strategies, and provide effective support to merchant partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver proactive client management strategies to foster growth and retention
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in financial technology
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies and e-commerce preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
