Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Client Success Specialist will manage customer communications, provide technical support, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents within the LegalTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and address user inquiries regarding services and account management
- Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and ensure proper administration
- Draft reports and legal documents tailored to customer requirements, ensuring quality and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
- Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
