Job Summary

As a full-time Client Success Specialist I, the individual will manage client escalations related to Fetch services, ensuring exceptional support and timely resolutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Receive and document client escalations through various communication channels
  • Investigate and assess the nature and severity of each escalation, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues
  • Provide timely updates to clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued throughout the resolution process
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous customer service or client support experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
  • Proven independent judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to navigate a multi-system environment using various tools and software
