Job Summary

Supporting clients enrolled in a Debt Management Program, the full-time Client Success Specialist will provide top-tier assistance via phone, manage client accounts, and ensure compliance while working remotely in a multi-channel call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients through phone interactions regarding their Debt Management Program
  • Manage proposals, payments, deposits, and communications with creditors while maintaining accurate records
  • Proactively review client accounts to identify and resolve issues, collaborating across departments to enhance the client experience
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
  • Strong professionalism when dealing with sensitive financial situations
  • Experience with Windows-based systems and CRM tools
  • Comfort with basic financial calculations and reviewing financial documents
