Job Summary

Supporting the daily operations of the Client Success team, the full-time Client Success Support Specialist will manage client communications, update account information in Salesforce, and assist with software trials and demos in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Update and manage client data across internal systems, including Salesforce and the Partner Site
  • Administer trials and provide information regarding FTG products and services, including follow-up and usage reports
  • Assist with various assignments related to annual rating reports, Star Rating announcements, and special projects
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or administrative role
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development
