Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Client Success Support Specialist will onboard and assist clients in utilizing civic tools and data while managing support requests and maintaining client relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring tailored support and engagement
- Resolve support tickets promptly and accurately, providing a high-quality experience for clients and end users
- Track product utilization and conduct proactive outreach to enhance client value and satisfaction
