Client Success Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Client Success Specialist, the successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, provide technical setup support, and assist with legal drafting and reviews to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes with the company's LegalTech services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and ensure timely and accurate responses regarding services and account management
• Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platforms and administer the process correctly
• Draft legal documents and reports based on customer requirements, ensuring quality and compliance before delivery

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts and exposure to diverse companies
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs and similar platforms
