Job Summary
To support customer success in a dynamic LegalTech environment, the full-time Client Success Specialist will manage client communications, provide technical setup support, and assist with legal drafting and review while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and address user inquiries regarding services and account management
- Assist customers in setting up connections with their source code management platforms
- Draft legal documents and reports based on customer requirements for review and delivery
Required Qualifications
