Client Success Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the operational relationship for a portfolio of law firm clients, the full-time remote Client Success Specialist will manage client updates, reporting, and training sessions while ensuring effective communication and task management across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the recurring cycle for client accounts, including updates, task management, and reporting
- Prepare meeting materials and convert decisions into actionable tasks post-meeting
- Conduct client training sessions on reporting, systems, and processes as needed
Required qualifications
- Two or more years in client success, account management, or related fields
- Experience with CRM and project management tools, preferably HubSpot and ClickUp
- Strong understanding of law firm intake operations and client service workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in performance dashboards and metrics
