Client Success Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of an OTC cryptocurrency trade desk, the full-time Client Success Specialist will manage client relationships, assist with trade execution, and ensure compliance while working remotely from LATAM or Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Field inbound and outbound communications with clients to assist with trades and promote services
- Educate clients on cryptocurrency offerings and guide them through trade execution processes
- Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment
- Experience with OTC trading or financial product sales is a bonus
- Must be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
