Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist II

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients to ensure client success and contract renewals
  • Maintain high client satisfaction by acting as a liaison between clients and internal operations
  • Identify product expansion and upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience with Oracle's OKS system and renewals
  • Understanding of technical architectures and operating systems
  • Industry experience is desired
