Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist II in the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive maximum adoption of our solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities with clients
  • Develop strong internal relationships to ensure better customer outcomes in product adoption and implementation
  • Identify and pursue product expansion and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Retail and/or Hospitality experience is a strong plus
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Must have a security clearance
  • Must be fluent in English
