Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist II in the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive maximum adoption of our solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities with clients
Develop strong internal relationships to ensure better customer outcomes in product adoption and implementation
Identify and pursue product expansion and upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Retail and/or Hospitality experience is a strong plus
3 to 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Must have a security clearance
Must be fluent in English
