Job Summary
Focused on growth partnerships and operations, the full-time Client Success Strategist will manage client onboarding, maintain relationships, and optimize processes for organizations dedicated to social good, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and assisting existing clients with product and service requests
- Managing a portfolio of new business targets and existing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction
- Collecting and analyzing client performance data to identify trends and improve client engagement processes
Required qualifications:
- Passion for good causes, with 2+ years of experience in political, nonprofit, or aligned agency environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Project management experience and a client-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and editing skills
