Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Strategist to develop and manage client relationships, drive client value and success, and act as a trusted advisor for marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships
- Lead the timely and successful delivery of client solutions
- Liaise between clients and the rest of the team to ensure client needs are met
Qualifications:
- Solid background in demand generation or marketing operations
- Expertise in Marketo and similar platforms like Salesforce
- Experience in data hygiene and marketing and sales analytics
- Minimum Associate degree (2 years) in Marketing or Technology related field
- 7+ years of marketing/demand generation experience
