Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Supervisor to lead and enhance the client experience through team management and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Client Success Coordinators and Account Managers to ensure timely service delivery
- Conduct training and development for team members to improve client service skills
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall client experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer/client service
- Strong background in roles with increasing responsibility and demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Experience in telephone-based customer service and leading in a virtual environment is a plus
