Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Supervisor to lead and enhance the client experience through team management and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of Client Success Coordinators and Account Managers to ensure timely service delivery
  • Conduct training and development for team members to improve client service skills
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall client experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer/client service
  • Strong background in roles with increasing responsibility and demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Experience in telephone-based customer service and leading in a virtual environment is a plus
