Job Summary

Leading a team of Client Success Coordinators, the full-time Client Success Supervisor will provide support, coaching, and training to ensure exceptional client experiences while collaborating with various departments to enhance service delivery, with opportunities for remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team to ensure timely completion of client services and address client concerns
  • Conduct training sessions and performance management meetings to enhance team skills and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to continually improve the overall client experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience and 2 years in customer/client service
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous roles with increased responsibility
  • Experience with telephone-based customer service and virtual team leadership is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
