• Oversee performance management and coaching for a team of 6-9 Client Success Managers
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance the onboarding experience and gather customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Client Success Management, Sales, or Account Management
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience in developing training resources and mentoring new hires
• Adept at project management
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
