Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clients with regular communication to ensure satisfaction and success
• Develop and implement Client Success protocols and processes for optimal product utilization
• Provide mentorship and support to the Client Success Team while managing escalations and training

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in a Client Success Coordinator II role or equivalent
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Digital marketing expertise, including knowledge of SEO and analytics
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 3-5+ years of relevant working experience preferred
