Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Client Success Manager - Emerging Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 2-3 Client Success Managers through coaching and performance feedback
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of emerging customers, focusing on retention, adoption, and expansion
- Design and improve scalable engagement programs and maintain ChurnZero playbooks for customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience managing a high-volume customer portfolio with a focus on retention and expansion
- Demonstrated experience in coaching or leading others in customer-facing roles
- Hands-on experience with customer success platforms, CRM tools, and automation workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience using health scores and customer behavior data
