Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Technical Manager to oversee client accounts and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding technical support, platform usage, and troubleshooting
- Manage client requests, including incident resolution, platform configuration, and data exports
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize client engagement with the platform
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Tech-savvy with a focus on client experience
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
