Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Technical Manager to oversee client accounts and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding technical support and platform troubleshooting
- Manage daily client requests, including incident resolution and platform configuration
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues with a hands-on approach
- Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Bonus: knowledge of networks, ticketing platforms, or event technology
