Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Technical Manager to oversee client accounts and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding technical support and platform troubleshooting
  • Manage daily client requests, including incident resolution and platform configuration
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues with a hands-on approach
  • Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus
  • Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
  • Bonus: knowledge of networks, ticketing platforms, or event technology
