Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Technical Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure optimal use of their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients
- Manage client requests, including incident resolution and platform configuration
- Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Knowledge of networks or event technology is a bonus
