Job Summary
Leading a team of high-performing Client Success Managers, the full-time VP of Client Success will manage client relationships, oversee operational excellence, and drive service expansion initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Client Success Managers while ensuring effective resource allocation across client portfolios
- Manage client health assessments and cultivate strong relationships to align services with client objectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate and improve client relationship management strategies and operational processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success Management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of managing large client portfolios and leading teams of 15-20 members
- Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and client success platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero
- Experience with strategic portfolio management and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
