Job Summary

To assist with client communications and escalations, the full-time hourly Client Support Administrator will manage internal and client milestones, ensure accurate workload completion, and maintain client relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate completion of BFKS and Tempo workload steps daily
  • Manage internal and client milestones and timelines for allocated cases
  • Serve as the single point of contact for multiple firm clients
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the default services industry
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience with BFKS, Tempo, and other client communication portals
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to engage actively in tasks
  • Team player eager to contribute to a collaborative environment
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
