Job Summary
To assist with client communications and escalations, the full-time hourly Client Support Administrator will manage internal and client milestones, ensure accurate workload completion, and maintain client relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate completion of BFKS and Tempo workload steps daily
- Manage internal and client milestones and timelines for allocated cases
- Serve as the single point of contact for multiple firm clients
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the default services industry
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience with BFKS, Tempo, and other client communication portals
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to engage actively in tasks
- Team player eager to contribute to a collaborative environment
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
