Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Advisor (Banking) to assist business clients with banking platform navigation and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact for banking and treasury service needs
- Assist clients with online banking access and troubleshooting issues
- Support cash management products and provide technical assistance with payment file imports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (highly preferred)
- Strong interest in client-facing work and engagement with customers
- Ability and willingness to learn banking and payment-related tools
- Experience with accounting software integrations, particularly QuickBooks
- Knowledge of fraud monitoring and risk identification processes
