Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Advisor (Banking) to assist business clients with banking platform navigation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact for banking and treasury service needs
  • Assist clients with online banking access and troubleshooting issues
  • Support cash management products and provide technical assistance with payment file imports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (highly preferred)
  • Strong interest in client-facing work and engagement with customers
  • Ability and willingness to learn banking and payment-related tools
  • Experience with accounting software integrations, particularly QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of fraud monitoring and risk identification processes
