Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Advisor in Banking & Treasury Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing support via phone, email, and ticketing tools
• Troubleshoot online banking access and navigation issues
• Assist clients with understanding and using banking products and cash management tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Some exposure to financial services or banking (internship, customer support, etc.)
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to explain solutions clearly
