Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Advisor in Banking & Treasury Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client-facing support via phone, email, and ticketing tools
  • Troubleshoot online banking access and navigation issues
  • Assist clients with understanding and using banking products and cash management tools
Required Qualifications
