Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Advisor in Banking & Treasury Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client-facing support via phone, email, and ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot online banking access and navigation issues
- Assist clients with understanding and using banking products and cash management tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Some exposure to financial services or banking (internship, customer support, etc.)
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
