Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Advocate focused on Health Information Management and Insurance Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in HIM and insurance-related workflows within EHR applications
  • Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot escalated client issues independently
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cross-functional issues and improve service processes
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or support, preferably within healthcare technology
  • Working knowledge of HIM and insurance applications strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with hospital or clinic workflows and billing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
