Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Advocate focused on Health Information Management and Insurance Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HIM and insurance-related workflows within EHR applications
- Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot escalated client issues independently
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cross-functional issues and improve service processes
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or support, preferably within healthcare technology
- Working knowledge of HIM and insurance applications strongly preferred
- Familiarity with hospital or clinic workflows and billing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
