Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Advocate to provide support to students and clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders and enrollments through the Admissions Portal and handle inbound and outbound support calls
- Resolve student and client issues related to shipments, payments, and exam inquiries
- Cross-train on different job functions within the department to maintain service levels
Required Qualifications
- High School completion required
- Comfortable using MS Office, Oracle, and AS400/JDE
- Passionate advocate of education and a self-starter
- Able to work effectively within a team and drive issues to closure
- Willingness to use the Five9 platform for inbound calls
