Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Advocate to provide support to students and clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and enrollments through the Admissions Portal and handle inbound and outbound support calls
  • Resolve student and client issues related to shipments, payments, and exam inquiries
  • Cross-train on different job functions within the department to maintain service levels
Required Qualifications
  • High School completion required
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Oracle, and AS400/JDE
  • Passionate advocate of education and a self-starter
  • Able to work effectively within a team and drive issues to closure
  • Willingness to use the Five9 platform for inbound calls
