Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Support Agent will assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and fraud concerns while delivering exceptional client experiences and adhering to compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
  • Resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, and digital banking while identifying and escalating potential fraud or compliance issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services, contributing to continuous improvement and team development
Required qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or another regulated environment
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms and basic cybersecurity best practices
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space with a reliable high-speed internet connection
