Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Analyst (Software Technical Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the warehouse management system and clients
- Troubleshoot day-to-day application and database-related issues
- Develop support and training documentation and resolution guides
Required Qualifications
- Technical education, Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT-related environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft's SQL Server Business Intelligence (BI) development
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Strong understanding and experience manipulating relational database schemas
