Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Client Support Analyst will manage client communications, oversee onboarding processes, and enhance departmental procedures in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, process updates, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end client onboarding processes while monitoring client support inquiries
- Develop scalable processes and templates to improve efficiency and support team growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within mortgage servicing or financial technology
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Looker, SQL, and FNMA Loan Quality Connect
- Experience managing high-touch relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
