Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, email, and case management ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Troubleshoot the AMS system for clients as needed and advocate for customer improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience in SaaS solution support
  • Ability to analyze and explain complicated data to clients
  • Understanding of technology such as MS SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
