Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Tier 1 - Sr Associate I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls from clients and resolve their issues efficiently
  • Provide excellent client experiences through active listening and effective navigation of systems
  • Utilize customer relationship management systems to maintain accurate client records
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer-facing call center environment, preferably with merchants or financial institutions
  • Proven experience using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
