Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Tier 1 - Sr Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from clients and resolve their issues efficiently
- Provide excellent client experiences through active listening and effective navigation of systems
- Utilize customer relationship management systems to maintain accurate client records
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-facing call center environment, preferably with merchants or financial institutions
- Proven experience using customer service software and CRM systems
- Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
